By accessing and using Gadozu's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Gadozu provides engine diagnostic services, including Drive Shield Diagnostics, Performance Pit Stop, and Velocity Maintenance Pro for vehicles in Malaysia. Services are provided on an as-is basis.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• You agree not to use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• You must provide accurate vehicle and personal information

4. Limitation of Liability

Gadozu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. Engine diagnostics are recommendations only and do not guarantee prevention of all mechanical failures.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with data protection regulations including GDPR. Your personal data is processed only for service delivery and communication. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, diagnostics reports, and materials are owned by Gadozu or licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Termination

Gadozu reserves the right to terminate services for breach of these terms or misuse of our platform.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
